Common questions
Does Core replace my CRM or IDX?
No. Core is not a CRM, transaction, accounting or IDX system. It is the branded operating layer your agents use every day, alongside those tools.
Will we start with empty software?
No. Standard implementation configures your brand, roster, markets, onboarding and an initial Knowledge Base from your materials.
Which AI is included?
Core includes AI Essentials; Lite includes AI Essentials Lite, both with ordinary fair-use safeguards. AI Pro is an optional paid upgrade for either product.
