What pages are included?

How is the HQ assistant different from ChatGPT Business Launch?
The base package has one company-aware assistant inside your private HQ, grounded in approved resources. The optional $999 one-time ChatGPT Business Launch configures two internal assistants and up to four agreed routines in your eligible ChatGPT Business workspace, with approved connections and training. Workspace subscriptions and usage are separate.
What does managed care cover?
The $399 monthly service begins at the mutually agreed launch. It includes routine website, HQ and lead-delivery health checks, standard-component maintenance, refinement of the company-aware assistant and approved resources, minor content improvements, and a monthly performance and system-health summary with recommended actions. Up to three total hours of human technical assistance, review and minor changes are included monthly. The three hours include human review and assistance across these activities and do not carry forward to future months. Major redesigns, new integrations, unlimited content production, advertising management and new applications are not included. Hosting, software subscriptions, API usage and AI consumption are separate.
Can you connect our existing tools?
We confirm your scheduling and one supported CRM lead-delivery connection before you commit. Your software plan, permissions, and integration methods determine compatibility. This is not a replacement CRM, full bidirectional sync, or autonomous sales management.
Are software costs and search results included?
Software subscriptions, hosting/provider charges, AI consumption, and other metered usage are separate and confirmed before commitment. Google Search and AI discovery foundations are included—not ranking, traffic, lead, or AI-citation guarantees.
Does requesting a launch plan commit me?
No. It saves an inquiry for a human package review. No payment, scope acceptance, signature, or recurring billing authorization happens here. An agreement and implementation invoice follow only if you choose to proceed after scope is confirmed.
