Hombrax is an operating platform for real estate brokerages. It gives agents one branded headquarters for onboarding, business planning, Open House lead capture, agent profiles and digital cards, company-approved knowledge, training, forms, support and administration.

No. Hombrax is not a full CRM, transaction management, accounting or IDX system. It works alongside the systems you already use and covers the everyday operations between your website and your CRM.

Yes. Core includes company-aware AI Essentials, and Lite includes the lighter AI Essentials Lite, both subject to ordinary fair-use limits and safeguards. Neither includes AI Pro by default. AI Pro is an optional paid upgrade available for Core or Lite that adds objection coaching, roleplay, feedback and scoring, and a custom assistant identity.

Hombrax Lite is available now for solo agents and small teams of 1–5 users: a professional real estate website with a simpler private business hub for inquiries, Open House, profiles and digital card, My Plan Lite, a Resource Vault and the included AI Essentials Lite assistant.

Lite is not the full Core platform. It includes the lighter AI Essentials Lite rather than Core’s company-aware AI Essentials and full Knowledge Base, and it is not a full CRM. AI Pro is not included in either product but is an optional paid add-on for both. Core is built for brokerages and teams that need the complete operating headquarters.

CRM Connect is an optional add-on that routes inquiries captured in Hombrax to your CRM. It can work without a Hombrax website. Follow Up Boss is the first preferred provider; it is not intended to be the only option long-term.

IDX and property search is an optional integration scoped during discovery. Provider fees are separate, and our default recommendation is IDX Broker. There is no fixed published IDX price; API and data platforms such as Repliers are handled as Custom Solutions.

No. Website + Agent Pages is an optional connected public site, not a duplicate data system. Core and CRM Connect work with your existing website.

Standard Core implementation configures your brand, roster, markets, onboarding and an initial Knowledge Base from your materials, so you don’t start with empty software. Scope varies with your business.

No. Marketing Center + Social Media Generator is one optional add-on and does not require AI Pro.

Launch pricing, valid through November 30, 2026: 1–20 users $3,500 implementation + $399/month; 21–50 users $5,000 + $499/month; 51–100 users $10,000 + $699/month; 100+ users custom. Monthly pricing is not discounted, and implementation scope varies.

Lite’s standard price is $2,500 implementation + $199/month. Launch pricing through November 30, 2026 is $2,000 + $199/month. AI Pro for Lite is quoted separately — discuss it during a demo.
