Hombrax Privacy Policy

When you use the Contact Sales form, we collect your name, work email, team size and product interest, plus anything optional you add: company, phone number, current CRM and your questions.

To prevent spam and repeated automated submissions, we also store a one-way coded (hashed) identifier derived from your connection and browser details. We do not store your raw IP address with your inquiry.

Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing emails or text messages. If you share a phone number, it's only used for a human call about your inquiry.

Inquiries are saved in a database used only for this website, separate from the Hombrax products our customers use. Access is limited to signed-in Hombrax staff with an administrator role.

We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and, for staff only, to keep them signed in.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. When on, it records which pages are visited and two actions: clicking a "Book a Demo" link and successfully sending the Contact Sales form. It uses first-party cookies. We don't send form contents or your contact details to Google, and advertising features are turned off.

• United States: analytics is on unless you turn it off in Cookie settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out.
• European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: analytics stays off unless you choose "Accept analytics."
• Everywhere else, or if we can't tell where you are: analytics stays off unless you turn it on in Cookie settings.

We determine your general region from our hosting provider's network information for your visit; we don't store your location. You can change your choice at any time. Turning analytics off stops future collection and removes Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Information already sent before you turned it off can't be pulled back this way.

Booking a demo takes you to Calendly, a separate scheduling service. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We record a click on a Book a Demo link (if analytics is on), but we don't currently track whether a booking was completed.

Other links to outside sites, such as video pages, are covered by those sites' own policies.

We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run this website, such as website hosting, the inquiry database, scheduling (Calendly) and, if you opt in, Google Analytics. They handle information on our behalf to provide those services. We may also share information when required by law.

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your interest. A specific retention period hasn't been set yet; we'll update this policy when it is. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@hombrax.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law; we'll respond to requests as the law requires.

This website is meant for real estate professionals and businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as the website changes. We'll post the new version here with its effective date.
